ISTA+ not connecting to F25

Hey guys,

I have a BMW X3 F25 (2014) and I have downloaded ISTA+ 4.39.20 from this forum. I am using an ENET cable and my car appears with the correct VIN in the Connection manager.
But when I try to connect, it doesn't work and I also can't run any functions (see picture).

Can someone pls help me?

I also had this problem. The solution for me was to reinstall Windows without updates! I think the dot framework update is blocking it. good luck
