why would you want to upgrade to a specific version?
there are only two versions really needed, "N" (18-03) for ID4 flashing to ID5, and "Latest" for OEM EVO ID5/6.
Where is the guide that OP is referring to to update to flash to the latest iStep?

You have esys with pszdata full? The last version of pszdata is 4.33.11
