Bimmer Scene - Latest BMW Coding / Retrofits / Maps

Hi, I installed and used this program and it works fine in diagnosing errors.
But as I try to do something programmatically I get this warning:

"Fault The programming system could not be initialized. The ISTA installation is probably damaged or misconfigured. Reinstall ISTA. In case of persistent problems contact your local assistance. Details OK"

Do you have any advice on this?
