Bimmer Scene - Latest BMW Coding / Retrofits / Maps

Hi there, getting past real value of Autophix 7910 and knowledge of local garage (capable but get a bit lost sometimes).
E93, power steering sensor readings 'unfeasible'.
Downloaded Mike's BMW tools  and trying to use INPA 5.06. connecting but as I interrogate options, package stops dialogue box with warnings in German .
Really just looking for installation guidance, am thinking I've missed something?
