Bimmer Scene - Latest BMW Coding / Retrofits / Maps

Hello everyone,

I have a very big problem with my F48 LCI and I need help. When I bought my car (used), halogen headlights were installed. But since these are very bad, I bought new original LED headlights. My BMW dealer told me to install this and connect the plug (plug and play). It then only has to be programmed/encoded. I had the appointment for this programming/coding today but was then sent away because they didn't want to do it (allegedly not officially allowed by BMW Munich). Now I have the problem that I have no light (neither day nor low beam) and my turn signal flashes quickly after the third time. If I turn on the lights manually and turn on the blinkers or turn on the hazard lights, the headlights also blink. The normal flashing also faster after the third time. In the display in the car I get the error messages that the low beam, high beam and the turn signal are defective. Is there anyone here who can help me. I have an icom interface but I don't know about esys (unfortunately I can't get a connection). And does the connector on the headlight need to be changed?. If someone can help me I would be very grateful because I need the car for work.

This would be great. How can we get in contact and what have I to prepare so you can code it via remote ? Is there something else I have got to do with the connector of the headlights ?
