Bimmer Scene - Latest BMW Coding / Retrofits / Maps

Hello everyone, I boght new car bmw 740d xdrive M-pack. I have head up display and in my dashboard not showing speed limit info only red and white circle and messages Speed limit info not available in this country. Something like this.
I have E-sys, can someone help me for code SLI work in Serbia. Thanks

Thank you for answer, do you have maybe tutorial how to find this country slinpi mode in esys step by step maybe becaouse  i only use winkfp for my old e60  and now I need to learn more about Esys

1. connect car with esys
2. go to KAFAS2 and edit CAFD
3. Search for COUNTRY_SLINPI_MODE
4. edit werte, and copy the code > apply changes
5. save cafd and go back to Expert mode > coding
6. select cafd > click FDL code

I try to code it but i see kafas not kafas2. And when i go to edit fdl i not have country slinpi mode.

Are you mean this for my country we have RS and SRB. Ehat do you think I need to put 52 53 is for RS and 
53 52 is for SRB.

What 42,59 numbers mean.

Hi, can you please tell me if this same method is possible on f10 2011 year, I'm also having almost the same problem in Serbia.

Instead of showing nothing in the red circle, i always have 40km/h rounded, so it's not changing at all ever. 
I updated the maps to 2025-1, but I'm guessing i need to do some coding since the car is imported from Germany few years ago
