Bimmer Scene - Latest BMW Coding / Retrofits / Maps

Hello,

Are there any clear instructions on how to install ISTA from scratch using the launcher console?

I didn't find anything clear or useful on how to use it properly.

Also, what's possible if having the 4.39.20 Standalone installed and from there to update? 

Should I update just the SDP to 4.45.21 or also BLP? What's recommended and actually works fine? Without breaking ABL's and other manuals in ISTA

You can manually copy the files and update the registry for ista to reflect the changes made
