Bimmer Scene - Latest BMW Coding / Retrofits / Maps

I am using ISTA 4.39.20 that came without italian language. No problem to me to use english, BTW I downloaded an IT SQliteDB package but some ISTA menus show number and not wording, so it is impossible to use.
I checked the files with a binary editor and somewhere I found 4.17.13. I have no idea if ISTA 4.17.13 exist but the result is ISTA not working.
My understanding is that an higher SQliteDB version could possibly work a lower ISTA version while the opposite is not possible.
Anyone knows how to get the proper 4.39.20 SQliteDB IT package or higher?
