Bimmer Scene - Latest BMW Coding / Retrofits / Maps

Hello to everyboby i dont know if this the right section for what i want.
I have download BMW E-Sys 3.30.1 & ESYS Launcher PRO 2.8.1
and lite data but i cant install it in my laptop,tell me stupid but i cant manage to install.If someone can help me with the instalation and activation i would be very grateful.
