My car is 2016-316 without navigation. Its head unit is EntryNav.
I noticed the Naivation FSC can be generated by HUET for many head unit.
Ehh, can the Entrynav be enabled navigation by FSC
I want it

No, you can not enable navigation since you don't have hardware, only option is to retrofit navigation unit, for 2016 I suggest to retrofit NBT Evo with 8.8 display.
Or if you just want bigger screen you can update to 8.8 inch without changing unit, just display...
