Hello, my name is Lucas, im from Brazil and I own a 3 series E90 320i.
I want to coding it, and I download ė-šÝ§ from a forum topic, and I want to activate to start coding my BMW

You can't use ė-šÝ§ for the E-series. ė-šÝ§ is only for F-Series and onwards.

So what should I use on my BMW 1 from 2009, ÎŜ†Ä many or some other tool?

For E series you need BMW Standard Tool Package + SpDaten.
Coding can be done using NCSExpert (in package)
For map update (assuming you have CIC), you need fsc code. You can generate by yourself (just look on forum for specific topic), or pay someone to do this instead of you
