Using XML Cheat Sheets with BimmerUtility - BradVol - 05-23-2022 How can I use XML Cheat Sheets like those from GitHub that people have used in the past with BimmerUtility? I'm not sure what I can and can't do with them. Sent from my Pixel 6 using Tapatalk RE: Using XML Cheat Sheets with BimmerUtility - m2mostly - 11-29-2025 I know this is an old thread. But I still have the same question. RE: Using XML Cheat Sheets with BimmerUtility - ek1978 - 11-30-2025 do you have a link of those xml's on github ? I'm not sure what I can and can't do with them. I’m going to give a bit more detail on my issue here because BimmerUtility (both online and in email to support) is incredibly unclear about how cheat codes are supposed to be injected. Yes, I know what cheat sheets look like in other sites, and yes, I’ve managed to get BU to generate an XML “paragraph” based on FDL changes I made. What I cannot figure out is how to get that XML content actually loaded into BimmerUtility so it can be applied to the car. As far as I can tell, there is no documented way to import a cheat code file, no folder to drop it into, and no menu option to make BU recognize it. Is this simply something BU can’t do right now? I really don’t want to install a full ėšÝ§ environment just to work with cheat sheets. There's even now info on how to use the two cheat code files that come with BU. What am I missing here? |
