2019 move fsc code - Bmw2015 - 04-18-2020

Hi any one can help me with a fsc code for move europe 2019 I , tried with a few programs Huh

(i can't get 1b file or the de ,I can't connect to the car) to get it but no luck what so ever, vin WBA5C32070D197783
Any help will be highly appreciated
