BMW F31 (ID5) Tailgate Car Locking Question - Brain_Killer - 05-05-2020 Hi Guys, I have put this on FB already and raised the question on other places as well, although no clear answers, so reposting this here Anyway to code (BimmerCode if possible) the car (F31 ID5) to not unlock any door when the tailgate button is pressed on the remote? Basically, I just want to open the tailgate and when closing it the car locks automatically or it doesn’t unlock at all! My wife has left the car open multiple times because of this, she was used to having this on the previous car! Some people say they have it on Idrive, others say they don't. I'm finding this a bit odd. Screenshot below. On tailgate, I only have the option to configure the hight the tailgate opens, nothing else.
