Hi all,

Really wish id never started this. My 2012 F10 528i had never had an i level update. I connected up to esys with the latest psdz 4.40.50 data and succesfully flashed all modules except the nbt and the dsc2. Both fail and the screen is stuck as a blue screen saying 'flashing time 00:00:00'. I have tried several times to reflash but to no avail. I have attached pictures showing the errors. Can somebody please help me?!

You can try disabling the http and flash nbt using uds but will take a very long time. For DSC does it appear on the svt tree?
I can have a look at it remotely and see if i can help.

Hi again,

I dont currently have ista installed, I deleted it to install the 282gb of data, so cant see the tree but everything was fine in ista before with no major faults. In honesty im not sure what you mean by disabling the http. Where abouts do I do that. It completes the bootload file on the in car screen then goes on to the next step, gets to 1% then fails.

Any further advice much appreciated.

Im taking in esys when you read ECU.
In esys tal processing under parameters you can deactivate http transmission but it will take almost 9 hrs to flash nbt. I reomcmnd flashin one swfl at time and the rest try using http.

Ok, ive found the http disable, thanks. How do I choose to flash individual swfl at a time.

Sorry for the basic questions before. Ive never used esys before now.

Perhaps you could take a look remotely for me?

For anybody else reading this,The Nine90 really knows his stuff. He connected to my laptop remotely and fixed all my issues. A very kind and helpful gesture. Ill be sending him a drink for sure!

Incase someone encounters similar issues use esys3.30 and disable firewall.

Hi All, I need help, I tried to flash my mgu unit and it’s now stuck with a blue screen, I tried multiple times to rerun the process with no success. Please could someone help. F40 118i MGU unit.
I’m using e-sys 3.40
