ISTA+ does not proceed Dynamic Drive (ARS) start-up - subway47 - 08-06-2024
Hey there,
After repairing the oil pipes of the steering, I have to proceed the start-up Dynamic Drive with ISTA+.
All the requirements for start-up are ok as described in the functional description.
Unfortunately, the process gets stuck pretty much at the beginning with the request "Switch on terminal 15 (ignition)", although the ignition is switched on and there is also a stable power supply.
The timer icon rotates continuously (I waited about 10 minutes) but the "Next" button remains gray and cannot be selected.
I'm using ISTA+ V4.39.20 and an ICOM with firmware V3.24.11 (works fine).
Control units are all without errors.
I drive a BMW F01 740 built in 2009.
Does anyone have a tip why it fails?

P.S.: of course I switched the ignition on again several times, also reconnected ICOM, restarted program etc.

UPDATE:
power supply voltage (13V) seemed to be too low.
I turned it to 13.7 Volt and it worked.
