HU_ENTRYNAV2 - not saving volume, treble/bass and Bluetooth devices - 39085o09s - 09-08-2024
Hello all!
I’ve been fighting this issue for over a month now and still can't find any help on how to solve the issue; maybe someone already had a similar problem.
Long story short.
Driver profile settings (radio volume, treble, bass, and added Bluetooth devices) are not saved in the HU when you leave the car, lock it and let it sleep, reset HU module or ABL power down with ISTA; the next time you return to the vehicle and turn the HU, all the settings are reverted to the previous save (some time ago, I have attached the picture on how the sound level are reverted every time).
What I have tried:
- Deleted Private data in iDrive
- Exported and imported the driver profile to/from USB; it’s working until next sleep/start or HU reset
- Flashed the HU, FEM and KOMBO to the latest I-level - F020-24-07-520
- Restored HU with ISTA to delivery status
- Coded HU with the default setting
- Replaced the car battery
No errors within ISTA+
Tool32 showing some hidden errors
My car is F22 m240i, 2018 with HU_ENTRYNAV2 - HU-B – ID6
What else can be checked? Please advise!

Did you managed to get it fixed and how did you get Tool32 show some hidden errors about the head unit?
