Flashing Tips for GKE233 EGS in Bootloader Mode (2012 X5 35i) - GoFast - 04-14-2025 Hey everyone, Looking for advice on flashing a GKE233 EGS module that’s stuck in bootloader mode (Bootstufeupdate: ACTIVATED) on my 2012 BMW X5 xDrive35i (8HP, N55). I’m using WinKFP + ICOM + SP-Daten v71, and I’m getting IFH-0009 since the module won’t respond normally. I’ve identified some ZB numbers like 7643125 and 8609556 but I’m not sure which .0da file matches and whether I need to use Expert Mode or another trick to force the flash. Anyone have tips or proven steps for flashing a bricked GKE233 EGS in this state? Would appreciate any insight — especially success stories. Thanks! |
