Enhanced bluetooth on a BMW F30 2012 - dtesty - 06-11-2025
Can anyone tell me if my F30 can have enhanced bluetooth audio, i.e. if it's worth coding? My car has USB+AUX (6NH) and a 606 navigation system.
I'm not sure if it has the so called combox and I didn't want to waste money buying bimmercode (this is the only coding I'd be interested on).
Here is the "options" than my car has on bimmerwork:

Hi,
You could use Bimmercode;
You need to have a Comibox in the car to do this.
You will need to go into Expert Mode in two menus.
In HEADUNIT Menu...go into Expert mode then 3003_Telefon_Telematik_Online
Turn these to "Aktiv" :
CDMM_Bluetooth_Audio
CDMM_BT_DATABASE
AUDIO_PLAYER_ON_OFF
BT_MODUL_ON_OFF
A2DP_PROFILE
In COMIBOX Menu....go into Expert mode then 3004_Bluetooth_Parameter and turn this to "Aktiv" :
A2DP_AVRCP_EIN_AUS
If you do have Android, here's a link for patched Bimmercode (paid for free)
