Hello, I think the apk doesn't work. I installed the APK from the second link but the app can't access the google account. I tried with different e-mails but I still have the same problem.

there is nothing wrong with the app , I have share the same version few weeks ago on our VIP member sections .
You need to create your own account for carly , login with google or facebook is not working. any dummy email address where you can access the inbox to receive the verification email to , will do the job.
