after unzip there's a folder called psdzdata, do I copy everting with or without this folder to my Ista folder??

You better check the correct procedure from the ISTA Thread, usually the OP will provide more info + Registry file, on how to enable full programming and where the Data must be copied.
I use full PSDZ only with esys , not a fan of ISTA programming since it offers the user almost zero control over the programming.
