Trouble Activating FSC for Sat Radio - bmcgowan32 - 11-19-2025 Thanks for all the help getting me this far. Im trying to activate the Sirius radio in my 2019 F60 Countryman SE. I have the Sat Ready package, and I ordered an FSC from bmwcustomretrofit.com. Got the FSC bundle which included the FSC and the cert. First I tried to use ÎŜ†Ä to retrofit the Sat Radio option like a dealer would. When it prompted me to import the FSC, i pointed it at the folder. The plan ran fine, but the measures plan completed and said it couldn't activate the FSC. It did enable the Sat Radio function in my Entrynav2 and disable the Sat Prep package (I have option 655 now instead of 693), but the tuner wont initialize without activating the FSC. I tried to re-run the measures plan, but it would not accept the FSC. So I broke out ėšÝ§ and tried to activate the FSC that way. First tried it in comfort mode, which loaded the FSC, but not the cert. Then in expert mode I tried to send the FSC cert on its own, but got an error C057. I think my current state is that I have the headunit coded (thanks to ÎŜ†Ä), and the FSC loaded/accepted (I can see it if I check the FSC status for App ID 0x6F on the headunit in ėšÝ§), but the FSC cert still shows "status not available". And I dont think it will work with both the cert and the FSC active? Any guidance would be appreciated! |
