To change region you needs development tool, just for language you can change via esys, but yes everything can by done remotely.

You can remove any module from your target, leave what you need, only then do you get the correct tal. BTW your shipment ilevel is wrong for EVO. To flash evo on the bench you only need evo and zgw o...

No need reflash zgw to change vin, and you don’t need to write your car VO to zgw too. Send me your team viewer.

Make sure you have the same vin in evo and zgw then detect new cafd.

Then there is few things. Did you make oabr right? There are a few tricks to keep flash in http. I do not know ardunio, let someone else comment on this.
