ISTA 4.52 Error with full PSzD - sec4diag.otherexceptions

Hello fabulous people,
I've been working with the 4.52 ISTA build from here, with the full PSzD data installed. While the program works well without the programming option enabled (using "BMW.Rheingold.Programming.Enabled = False" in the registry), when I set this to "True" i get an popup error shortly after initiating a full scan showing the "sec4diag.otherexceptions" message.
The only way I have managed to get round this, is to set "BMW.Rheingold.OnlineMode = true". Once this is set, all works perfectly well.....
Has anyone else seen this at all?

i installed ista 4.52.40 with the installer included, i did install full psdzdata but stuck on vehicle identification, do you have any idea what is the solution for this? i tried so many times different version ista, re-install, no success

Re-download the file I posted. I updated the torrent as it was missing the executionbreak file for the installer. Also added some more languages.

i just installed Ista 4.52.40 (with full PSzData) and I get the same error message (sec4diag.otherexceptions). The package i downloaded included the ExecutonBreak mentioned before.
Is there any solution?
