The file with the standalone installer says:

"for Diagnose only, neccessary SQLiteDBs GLOBAL(required), en-GB(required), de-DE(optional) and BLP(required) in the same patchVersion as App (example 4.39.2x)."

That implies that the BLP should not be updated and should stay at the same version as the app. Is this not the case?
