This ^ folder is down. I also don't see the BLP file in the other folder? When launching the ISTA via the ISTAGUI.exe, I get this error:
"The database installed is not complete. A repair installation must be carried out.
ISTA cannot be used without complete databases. The application will therefore be terminated"

I extracted the full PSdZDATA, moved the folder it contained into Rheingold\PSdZ, extracted the EN and GLOBAL SQLiteDBs folders, moved the folders they contained into Rheingold\SQLiteDBs. 
In the Readme, you say the BLP SQLiteDBs folder is also required but I don't see that anywhere in the downloads. Little confused.
