it is corrupt or something ?

i did many thing but keep getting:

Set PSdZ-Root using "E:\ID4toID6\psdzdata" failed! [C073]

i tried to make symbolink link to my Full Psdz data, still problems...

if i make doulbe sub directories like it wants "psdzdata\psdzdata\mapping"

then i get
