Car: 2016 BMW M235i XDrive

Is there a way to code the following:

1. Code angel eyes to be used as DRL's instead of the headlights bulbs.
   
2. Code auto wipers to turn on when engine is cranked, but not do the initial single wipe when first activated.
   
3. Change miles between oil changes from 10k to 5k.
   
4. Rearview Camera switches the display back to the previous screen when D is engaged and going less than 5mph.
