Code Help BMW 528 2012 - Ann Arbor, MI Area

Hi everyone!

I just got a brand-new/used BMW 528 2012 with not so many options and I would like to code some into it but I thought it was more of an iPhone jailbreak but it is way more coding than I know how to do, can someone help me in the Ann Arbor, MI area or remotely? I don't have comfort access. I want to do the following:

Turn Auto Start/Stop ON by default

Turn Auto-H ON by default

Unlock all doors when engine is stopped (start/stop button is pushed). Allows single pull to open doors.

Fold mirrors when locking car

Close mirrors + windows + moon roof through Key Fob

Opening doors will not interrupt window roll up operation.

Disable iDrive legal disclaimer during iDrive startup.

Enable Sport+ mode



Things that I don't know if can be done:

Set climate+seat parameters depending on which key is used

Set climate parameters depending on which memory seat is used

Unlock all doors when pressing unlock button on Key Fob

Ability to use CarPlay without having extra hardware installed (I'm only interested on getting Waze and audio tbh)
