US to ECE conversion G05 ID7 HU_MGU 2019

Hello, I would like to ask if someone knows how to do US to ECE conversion. Now I'm in Czech republic and car was brought from NY state, and I need to make it read eu speed signs(white circle with red outline) all range of FM radio stations and enable full spectrum of laser light possibilites. And maps of course. But first I need to made it ECE EU. Does anyone knows how to do it please?

you need first of all region change fsc from us to eu . then edit fdl for the freq etc

MGU will lock

MGU doesnt lock when flashing with different typecode. Has it locked when you tried?
