Need the magic to install downloaded map

Hi - new here - just went through the process of convincing myself to retrofit the Carplay MMI but then at the last minute realised that it wouldn't interface with my head up display. So now I have gone back to simply wanting new maps.= without having to enrich BMW - wow what are they playing at these days with their charges to use the equipment on your own car? - the world really has gone mad. So I have the nbt W.Europe 1.7z and 2.7z downloaded, can anyone please guide me with the next step? Which of these do I need and can I get a code that will allow me to upgrade these maps automatically? Thanks!

If you have enet cable and pendrive 32Gb you can generate FSC yourself and update map.
