is there such thing as bricking KAFAS?

Hey guys..first of, hope im in the right section of the forum      now ive been coding here and there few thing on my 340 had some little error here and there but been learning alot (wasnt too afraid to play with it expert mode since ive been working as an IT for almost 10y now as well as abit of programing back in the days) so anyway i went and try to retrofit LDW wihch i realized after that i need size sensors and only have kafas2.. so got the error right away lane departure error.. wouldnt worry too much and just let it be since i needed to go for work,

Arrived at work tried to connect and code kafas.. error (using my iphone Bimmerutility)

So i went and try on pc with B/U... red triangle on KAFAS module saying CAFD not there.. tried to code it (BU detected it and suggested it) but arrounbd 60-70 it gives an error.

tried get it fixed using ISTA (basic steps like scaning modules call them the repairs when displaying the module but cant get too the final step of coding)  no luck.

Also E-Sys but might have steps missing? not sure how to inject CAFD when therre'S none? Alson i-step (the version on the right) aint showing the current I.,

I do have backup from BU also logs ffrom it.. as of now KAFAS is being seen in Ista looks like but cant reinject cafd.

Connect => Read FA (VO) => Activate FA (VO) => Read SVT (ECU)=> Left-Click on KAFAS => Click on "Detect CAF for SWE" => Select the CAFD from latest I-Level shown (bottom) => Select OK => Right-Click on KAFAS (the ECU itself not the underlying CAFD) => Select CODE.

Yes I did that I remember it working the first first day I screw it up since I had no F…ing idea what I was w
Doing lol but now it shows blank svt file and button greyed. There’s probably somewhere else I need to activate or we but at this point I just wanted to play safe and stop there 






EDIT : Oh well … look at that BimmerUtility was able to have it fixed this morning. This tool is way more powerful than I thought it would
