Backup OE FSC before loading aftermarket FSC?

Hi guys! 

I am about to test how the FSC for CarPlay activation will work. But prior to that I would like to now what are the risks I should know?
Should I backup the OE FSC? If so, how to do this via ESYS?

You can store each FSC separately, however, if you in need of OEM fscs, just write here or PM me, I can provide the repair pack for your car.
