f31 nav issues

Hi all.
Can anyone help with this problem I have on an f31, nav shows blue screen like your in the middle of the sea and when I check nav version page I get this:

Europa
BMW Group
101152.3.215
Road Map EUROPE EVO 2016-1

NBTevo_E16202A
Automatic map update
GB, IE (2019-1)

can anyone help on a fix?
