Using BU

Hey guys.  I purchased BU and I am clueless on how to start the whole process.  I know how to connect to the car, but after that, what steps do I have to do?  Really want to take advantage of the cheat sheets but I am lost.  If anyone could just list basic steps on what to do, that would be great

Have you tried look at the videos posted in their YouTube channel.
