TUT! Alpina EGS Flash 530d F10/F11 (Mono Turbo Japan Version)
#1
Because I dont see any tutorials of flashing the Mono Turbo Version of Alpina EGS Software (all the Tutorials show the 535d Bi-Turbo Version), here is a Tutorial:

Go to Options---> Settings---> Options and deselect:
Update VCM after Tal execution
Update MSM after Tal execution

Connect your car to Esys:
Read VO, Save it "FA_(model)_Alpina"
Now Press on Edit

VO:
-Typeschlüssel: XA52 (nonLCI) or 5D12 (LCI)
-ZK: 07/12 - 0313 (nonLCI) or 0713 - newer (LCI)

Salapa:
920,9XA,807

Apply Changes, Calculate FP and if you dont get any errors you are good to go, click save on the Floppy Disk Icon.
Go one step back with the arrow icon (cklick "Yes" if something comes up)

Now on TAL-Calculation:
SVT Actual:
-READ ECU

SVT Target:
Set the "I-Step (shipm.):" to match the Zeitkriterium (ZK) you used on the FA(VO)!
leave the "I-Step (target): as it is!
now click on Calculate

After the Calculation you should see unter EGS:
"SWFL_00001C5E_XXX_XXX_XXX" in red, this meand you made the correct calculation and it will be flashed to this version (Alpina, Japan Mono Turbo Version)
(check if HWEL is Black!! If it is RED YOU HAVE TO CLICK ON "HW-IDs from SVTactual" now if HWEL is black after this step you can continue otherwise the flash will not work)

On SVT Update:
Click Save, save it as "SVT_SOLL"

Now under TAL:

Press "TAL calculation", press save and save it as "SVT_TAL"

Go to Expert Mode --> TAL_Processing:
Now on
TAL: you have to load the "SVT_TAL" file you saved in the previous step
SVT Target: dont load any file just leave it blank
FA: click on "Read FA VCM)

Deselect All, just choose EGS: bFlash, swDeploy, cdDeploy (in some cases ther will be only swDeploy and cdDeploy to choose thats OK)

Now click on "Check software avalability" it should say "All software units (SWE) are availiable. [G062]

Now you can press on "Start" after the flash process is seccessfully done you have to go to Ista and clear all foult codes.

If these tutorial helped you, I would be happy if you like this thread and reply to it!
