F30 DME FLASH ERROR

Hello. I tried to do a level update on my vehicle.

available: f020-15-11-505
I want to install: f020-24-03-500

Everything was fine but the dme gave an error. The error code is below.

I'm not very knowledgeable on e-sys. I don't think I can fix this error. So how can I get everything back to the way it was before?

Is the FA is modified? make sure HWEL is black before proceed with the flash

Can you give some more details? I'm quite amateur

Did you modify anything? I think its not safe to proceed if the hwel is blue and red in the svt.
This shows that there is some hardware difference either the module was replaced incorrectly or the vehicle order is wrong.
can you post the svt of the GWS
