Someone experiencing the same problem with that letter salad?  Huh 
   
It's on 3.30.1, 3.35.3 or 3.36.2 that I tried. Only on 3.39.x it shows readable words in english.
How can I solve this? Can I copy some kind of language pack or word library from the 3.39 installation, save it and paste it into the 3.36 or 3.35 installation?
