F31 LCI Tail Light Retrofit Issues BMW F / G Series Coding & Retrofits & Diagnostics

I recently upgraded my pre-lci to some nice shiny LCI tail lights and decided rather than tapping into the cables I would do a factory install and then use BimmerCode to activate the inner indicator lights.

After what felt like an eternity pulling cables through the boot I finally had it all wired up correctly with the left and right indicator cables installed into the factory slots, activated the LCI retrofit via BimmerCode and nothing...

Has anyone else come up against this our do I have dud inner lights?

Yes, done this and it needs much more complex coding than fisher price Bimmercode. You can read up on it here if it helps.
