I'm looking to purchase a Power Supply to support my Car Battery when i attempt to carry out a software upgrade (i-step) / Programming / Flashing ECUs on my BMW 1-series (F40).

I've only ever done basic coding via ė-šÝ§ and diagnostics using ÎŜ†Ä+ and not actually carried out ECU programming.

If anyone can help to see if this PSU from ebay is suitable?

My ÏçØɱ A2 has seen better days. Looking to move on to a newer unit. Anyone have any recommendations on where to buy from and what model? Assuming Next is the one to get but I've been a little out of the loop. Is there something newer?

Hi Guys,

I have replaced my CCC but it seems that the donor car didnt have voice activation. During ÎŜ†Ä/P matching it says that I need the FSC code specific to my car VIN - B701168.

I have read  several simliar posts that I need a file from a FSC DVD or it must be generated to my VIN. Any help is appreciated.

The files I need would be such as B701168_000200001. *

I have an F21 that has from stock NBT_Evo with iDrive5, navipro.
No VO / FA Coding done before.
I decided to update the HU to the latest version to eventually buy the carplay activation, and being able to use that fullscreen. 

Yesterday I did the upgrade checking all the dependencies, and after the update I found that the connected drive feature is missing.
In short, the android bluetooth link and also the connected drive features of the HU are not available, even if from the app I have a lifetime subscription.
Is there something missing that I still need to code? For now I would simply want to have everything fully working again.
I have the original FA and SVT in case
