E39 - Control Unit Tree

Hello, 

First of all, im totally new with ISTA/INPA etc. 

My question is - why does ISTA show all these ECUs when i dont even have them in the car? or it was like this from factory but someone removed them?

Also, LWS (Steering angle sensor) is not responding, checked if the sensor is there or not and there is no sensor, I read that only cars with DSC got steering angle sensors and cars with ASC dont have it? 

No fault lights on the instrument cluster
