E-Sys 3.40.2 and PSdZData 4.50.40

Hey everyone, how do I know that E-Sys 3.40.2 and PSdZData 4.50.40 Lite are compatible with each other and additionally the right fit for my 2019 F36 430i.

How do I know whether the PSdZData or the E-Sys is newer?

Also, can someone pls explain me what I level or I step means in this context?
