ISTA+ SA with PSDz-Data lite not working

I installed ISTA+ Standalone 4.56.30 with PSdZData 4.60.42 Lite on my laptop. Connecting ISTA with ICOM to my bike (R 18, MY 2024) works without problems, but programming won't work. I extraced the PSdZ Data into the psdzdata-Folder and check the entrys in the registry without solving the problem. I'm getting following error from ISTA. 

Does anyone know why? Do I need the full PSdZ-Data? Thanks!
