Steering vibrates/wobbles
#1
hello All,

rear wheel drive only. bmw e90 323i 2011 N52 Sedan 110K miles 170K KM on odometer

Regardless of speed highway or city roads speed, Steering vibrates right and left, but not so strong vibration, that if you put both hands on steering then you cant tell that its vibrating, it happens mostly on Concrete roads but doesnt happen on Asphalt roads,

its been happening for years and I thought it was due to front rotors rusted and not flat anymore, yesterday I replaced all rotors and pads as they were due and I am still having steering wobble,

not sure what to do from here for the wobble

Front tires are pretty old as compare to rear tire and they are also end of life.

Start off by replacing tyres and get them balanced if that doesn't fix you'll need to check the wheels when it's on jack or axle stands. Check for play on the centre bearing maybe needing slight adjustment and move the wheel from top to bottom in and out to see if any play and side to side to check if you have any worn components ie ball joints etc. Spin the wheels when off the ground to check wheels aren't buckled.
