Which Power supply (PSU) to buy for ECU/Programming

I'm looking to purchase a Power Supply to support my Car Battery when i attempt to carry out a software upgrade (i-step) / Programming / Flashing ECUs on my BMW 1-series (F40).

I've only ever done basic coding via E-sys and diagnostics using ISTA+ and not actually carried out ECU programming.

If anyone can help to see if this PSU from ebay is suitable?

 I also intend to buy some decent Jump Leads to connect the PSU to the Car battery.

I would find something with a higher amperage. When in diagnostic mode all of your systems are running and the current draw is a lot. I use the one in the link below to do my coding and software upgrades and it's a trooper. Set it to flash and voltage to 14.4 and let it run while I do my thing. It is expensive but worth every penny.

Car programming needs a 80A 13,5V power supply by BMW specs, many ppl follow the way of buying a server power supply (12V originally) and modify it to output 13,5V. You can also buy already modified on Aliexpress, search item 1005007518846962, you will find others.
