ISTA/P 3.72 can't deselect modules updates

I installed the ISTA/P 3.72 that is available here on the forum.
However I have an issue that on the measure plan it selects some modules to update and some to replace, but they are all fine and working.
I'm able to deselect them, but to proceed you need to to apply the measures again, when I do it it selects the modules all over again.
I saw somebody else having the same issue and he had to downgrade to another version. Is there any other way? I heard is a pain to uninstall ISTA/P and remove all related files
