BimmerUtility coding after Feature Installer

Hi everyone,

Quick question - If you have enabled carplay via Feature Installer, can you then use BimmerUtility to make some coding changes (set auto start/stop off, change iDrive startup animation etc.) Or will any HU_NBT2 related FDL codings wipe the carplay setup from the Feature Installer process?

FDL coding changes only the things you have changed. Nothing else is wiped or changed. VO coding could mess things up when you don't have correct FA. Use the backup tool before any changes and you can easily revert to a backup when you mess something up. Altho BU also makes automatic backups, but better safe than sorry.
