ISTA help - offline wiring diagrams

Hi all, 

I'm using ISTA+ 4.39.20 (the programming data says n/a), and need to view schematics and wiring diagrams for my i3.  When it's connected to the car, I can view the appropriate wiring diagrams, but when trying offline by entering the VIN of my car, half of the articles are missing? Is there a way around this or do you need to always have ISTA connected to the car to view all of the content?
