How update GPS map on G serie with ISTA

As someone have tutorial to update map (europe for me) ? I have a PC with ISTA, I download a map, but I dindn't find tuto to tell me how to do ?

unless you have ista online version , you will not be able to update map with ISTA , you just need an USB stick with map data

On my F11 with CIC, I done it by myself with a 1b file, code generator etc ...
But on my new G01 with NBT evo, I don't know how I can do it ! Some one said me, he can do it if I have a laptop with enet cable.
