Unlock all doors with engine off , not working

Hi , having difficulties to find a solution why only the driver door unlocks in my 2016 x5. I used the Bimmercode to set " Unlock doors automatically" to aktiv and pulling the door handle still opens only the driver door. I didn't find anything related  in the Expert mode. Never had any issues in my previous x5 models.
Any suggestions ? Thank you
